Troubleshooting guidance for washing machine issues on our temporary laundry units.
Take the front panel off at the bottom of the machine, unscrew the cap to release the water (placing a bowl underneath first), then replace the cap and panel - the door will unlock. Put the machine on a quick spin to remove excess water from clothing.
Check the door is closed properly, the on/off and start/pause buttons have been pressed, the water tap is turned on, the child lock is not activated, and no delay timer has been selected.
Check for a kink in the water inlet hose, that the inlet is connected to the water supply, water pressure is not too low, the inlet valve is not blocked, and the start/pause button has been pressed.
This can be caused by a blocked pump filter, a kink in the drain hose, or the machine not being level.
